Job Description

We are looking for intelligent, motivated Web Design and Development professionals for full-time opportunities to assist our customer’s in meeting their Web presence objectives. The ideal candidate will have at least two years of experience in Web Development, strong knowledge of HTML, xHTML, CSS, PHP, mySQL, Adobe Photoshop.  Knowledge of AJAX, ASP.NET, and Macromedia Flash are a plus. The candidate should also be result driven, ambitious, organized and articulate. The Web Developer will be responsible for developing, implementing and coding websites for various clients in an array of industries. The candidate should have an understanding of the effect his/her design has on search optimization.

Web Developer Duties

• Take design comps and cut them into W3C compliant HTML
• Assist with the updates/improvements & creation of websites for company and clients
• Assist in the production of new graphics required for company and client websites.
• Keep current of design techniques, methodology, computer skills and industry related developments.
• Be involved in the selection of tools, techniques, and media best suited to produce, in a high quality, cost effective manner, the desired visual effects in conformance with internally defined requirements and client expectations.
• Assist in special projects as needed.
• Assist Account Manager with customer management and communication regarding needs, deisgns, and other customer facing Web design and development communications  

Web Developer Skills Required

• HTML

• mySQL
• AJAX
• Adobe Photoshop
• Good grammar skills
• Knowledge of Macromedia Flash is a plus
• Knowledge of SEO is a plus
